klimaaktive Prize – 2008

Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment, and Water Management – Josef Pröll – awarded Helmut Schöberl with the klimaaktiv Prize for the project “Utendorfgasse”.

It is first Austrian certified passive house residential building meeting the standards of the Passive House Institute and first Viennese solid construction building reaching 1000 ‘klimaaktive’ points.
