Austria’s largest plus energy office building as demonstration object – 2015

The successful refurbishment of the high-rise of the Technical University of Vienna was selected as a worldwide directional demonstration building by an international jury. The certificate was awarded to Helmut Schöberl by Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology - Alois Stöger.
